(“Actiontec”) and Defendant and Counter-Plaintiff Sockeye Licensing TX 20 LLC (“Sockeye”), the Court hereby GRANTS the relief requested by the parties. 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Actiontec’s declaratory judgment claims against Sockeye are 22 dismissed without prejudice and Sockeye’s counterclaims for infringement against Actiontec are 23 dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 Dated: February 1, 2016 26 THE HON.
