The plaintiff Yozons, Inc. and defendant DocuSign, Inc., pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.
3 41(a)(2) and (c), hereby move for an order dismissing all claims in the complaint in this action
4
between plaintiff Yozons, Inc. and defendant DocuSign, Inc., WITH PREJUDICE, and the
5
6

counterclaims in this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE, with each party to bear its own costs,
expenses and attorneys’ fees.

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

CAME ON THIS DAY for consideration of the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal of all
11 claims and counterclaims asserted between plaintiff Yozons, Inc. and defendant DocuSign, Inc.,
12 and the Court being of the opinion that said motion should be GRANTED, it is hereby
13 ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims in the complaint asserted in this suit
14
between plaintiff Yozons, Inc. and defendant DocuSign, Inc. are hereby dismissed with prejudice,
15
and all counterclaims in this suit are hereby dismissed without prejudice.

It is further ORDERED that all attorneys’ fees and costs are to be borne by the party that
18 incurred them.
