The ordinary timing of a case-management 20 conference is after a defendant answers a complaint. When motions to dismiss are filed, the court 21 resolves those first and then sets a case-management conference. After the current motion is 22 briefed fully, the court will be able to better determine the timing of the initial case-management 23 conference. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 Dated: March 28, 2016 ______________________________________ LAUREL BEELER United States Magistrate Judge 26 27 28 ORDER (No. 15-cv-05345-LB)
