Defendants have filed a request for an extension of the deadline to file their motion for

summary judgment or other dispositive motion. Upon due consideration of the request and the

15

accompanying declaration of attorney L. Javier Serrano, the court GRANTS the request. (Docket

16

No. 20.)

briefing schedule: Defendants must file and serve their motion for summary judgment or other

19

dispositive motion no later than March 3, 2017. Plaintiff must file and serve on defense counsel

20

his opposition to the motion no later than March 31, 2017. Defendants must file and serve their

21

reply brief (if any) no later than April 14, 2017.
