Good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. D. Scott Carlton’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant Michael Rashkin
is GRANTED;

3. D. Scott Carlton will be removed from the Court’s CM/ECF service list for this
