Declaration of Christopher Gold 1 Pursuant to L.R. 6-2, Plaintiff Faith Bautista (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Valero Marketing 2 and Fuel Supply (“Valero”) respectfully submit this stipulated request for an order extending the 3 time for Plaintiff to file an opposition to Valero’s Objections to Evidence Submitted In Support of 4 Plaintiff’s Motion for Class Certification and Appointment of Class Counsel and Motion To Strike, 5 Dkt. No. 100 (“Motion”), and the time for Valero to submit a reply thereto. 6 Valero filed its motion on July 24, 2017. Under L.R. 7-1, Plaintiff’s opposition to the 7 Motion is due on August 7, 2017, and Valero’s reply thereto is due on August 14, 2017.
