By no later than October 1, 2018, Defendants shall submit for publication 6 in the Federal Register a revised 12-month finding for the coastal marten in accordance with section 7 4(b)(3)(B) of the ESA, 16 U.S.C. § 1533(b)(3)(B). 8 IT IS SO STIPULATED.
