follows:
All claims of infringement that Plaintiff raised or could have raised in this action are
dismissed WITH PREJUDICE. All claims, defenses, or counterclaims that Defendant raised
or could have raised in this action are dismissed WITH PREJUDICE. Each party will bear its
own costs and attorneys’ fees.
