("Greger") (the "Parties"), by and 7 through their respective counsel of record, and with reference to the following facts. WHEREAS, following the initial Case Management Conference on May 25, 2016, 8 9 this Court issued a Scheduling Order, which set a deadline of October 14, 2016 for the 10 parties to add parties and amend the pleadings. 11 ~ .~ ro ::c WHEREAS, the Parties subsequently exchanged written discovery requests, 12 including requests for documents, and agreed to a number of reciprocal extensions on the 13 responses to accommodate the busy litigation schedules of their respective counsel. 14 WHEREAS, Wilson agreed to provide Greger a further extension to respond to its 15 discovery requests to October 10, 2016, provided that Greger agreed to continue the 16 subject deadline by two weeks to October 28, 2016; Greger so agreed. 17 NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE AND 18 RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT THIS COURT continue the deadline by which 19 the Parties are required to add parties or amend the pleadings from October 14, 20 16 to 20 October 28, 2016. 21 22 Dated: October 13, 2016 HAIGHT BROWN & BONESTEEL LLP 23 24 By: 25 26 27 28 I s I Stephen J.
