This Stipulation Regarding Arbitration and to Stay Action (“Stipulation”) is entered between

Roderick Edwards (“Plaintiff”), on the one hand, and Menzies Aviation (USA), Inc. (“Menzies”) on the
3
other as follows:

RECITALS

WHEREAS, on November 25, 2015, Plaintiff filed a Complaint against Menzies alleging
6
various claims related to his employment with Menzies (the “Complaint”);
7
WHEREAS, on December 30, 2015, Menzies filed a Notice of Removal to this Court;
8
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2012, the Parties entered into an Agreement to be Bound by
9

Alternative Dispute Policy (the “Agreement”);
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to resolve this matter through final and binding arbitration in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

In light of the foregoing, the Parties stipulate as follows:

The Complaint and all Causes of Action and Prayers for Relief contained therein shall be
and hereby are, referred to mandatory, binding arbitration;

The Complaint and all Causes of Action and Prayers for Relief contained therein shall be
and are hereby stayed pending the conclusion of binding arbitration;
