The Court, having considered the stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing

3 therefore, orders as follows:

All claims asserted by Peter Kravitz, in his capacity as Trustee for the RSH

5 Liquidating Trust (the “RadioShack Trustee”) against defendants Sony Corporation, Sony
6 Electronics Inc., Sony Optiarc Inc. (formerly known as Sony NEC Optiarc Inc.), and Sony Optiarc
7 America Inc. (formerly known as Sony NEC Optiarc America Inc.) in the above-captioned action
8 are hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), without
9 any award of costs or fees by the Court.
