In compliance with the terms of his supervised release, defendant John Brosnan has 16 submitted to the undersigned judge a proposed lawsuit that he wishes to file in state court. The 17 complaint against Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, 18 and several individuals, alleges a grand scheme and conspiracy to defraud Brosnan. 19 Brosnan’s proposed complaint is completely frivolous and the undersigned judge already 20 denied permission to file a substantially similar complaint against Deutsche Bank. Permission to 21 file this complaint against Deutsche Bank, Carrington Mortgage Services, and the named 22 individuals is DENIED. 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 28 Dated: June 26, 2015.
