No. 87 Defendant. 23 24 On March 20, 2017, Justin S. Cohen, Adrienne E. Dominguez, Richard L. Wynne, and 25 Bruce J. Zabarauskas of Thompson & Knight LLP filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for 26 plaintiffs in the above-captioned matters. Dkt. No. 104.1 Brooks Kushman, P.C. will act as 27 28 1 Citations to the docket refer to case number 16-cv-00186. 1 plaintiffs’ counsel moving forward. Id. at 3. Defendants filed statements of non-opposition on 2 April 4 and April 5, 2017. See Dkt. No. 106. 3 Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court determines that this matter is appropriate for 4 resolution without oral argument and VACATES the hearing set for April 28, 2017. The Court 5 hereby GRANTS counsel’s motion to withdraw from this case. 6 This order resolves Dkt. No. 104 in Case No. 16-cv-00186-SI; Dkt. No. 105 in Case 7 No. 16-cv-00624-SI; Dkt.
