In reviewing the materials submitted in connection with the Motion to Dismiss the
Second Amended Complaint, the Court finds Exhibit 17 to the Declaration of Christopher
McGrath in Support of the Motion to Dismiss (dkt. 43-1), a nearly two-hundred page
spreadsheet in small print, challenging to read and navigate. The Court therefore DIRECTS
Defendants to re-submit, by close of business on Monday, July 24, 2017, the Exhibit in its
original, sortable, electronic format, e.g., an Excel spreadsheet.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
Dated: July 20, 2017
