GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, it is hereby ordered that defendant’s motion for an

14

extension (Docket No. 22) is GRANTED. Defendant shall file a dispositive motion by April 28,

15

2017. Plaintiff’s motion in opposition of the extension (Docket No. 23) is DENIED.

The United States Marshal has made several attempts to serve Dr. M. Fraze and Dr. F. Von

17

Lintig, but has been unsuccessful. Within twenty-eight (28) days of the date this order is served,

18

plaintiff must provide more information about these defendants and their locations so service can

19

be effectuated. Plaintiff may seek such information through the California Public Records Act or

20

any other means available. Failure to provide sufficient information for service will result in a

21

dismissal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).
