The parties have filed a joint stipulation seeking to extend the deadline for defendants to

respond to the first amended complaint to May 16, 2016. Any motion to dismiss filed by that
18
deadline would be heard on June 23, 2016. The parties seek to continue the case management
19
conference to one week after the hearing on the anticipated motions to dismiss. The parties’
20
request to extend the deadline to respond to MAY 16 is hereby GRANTED. The case management
21
conference is hereby CONTINUED to JUNE 23, 2016 AT 8:00 A.M., to be held in conjunction with
22
the hearing on any motions to dismiss. The parties shall file a joint case management statement
23
no later than SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS prior to the initial case management conference.
