WHEREAS,Plaintiffs filed the Complaint on January 28, 2016;

WHEREAS,on or about January 28, 2016 the Court issued an order scheduling the initial
case management conference for May 3, 2016;

WHEREAS,Defendants moved to dismiss the Complaint on February 25, 2016;

WHEREAS,Plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint on April 6, 2016;

WHEREAS,the Parties agree that in light ofthe filing of the Amended Complaint, the
