The remaining parties in this action, Plaintiff American Maritime Officers (AMO) and
Defendants American President Lines, Ltd. (APL) and APL Maritime, Ltd. (AML) have reached a
voluntary and full settlement of all the Plaintiff AMO's claims against the Defendants APL and
AML in this case. Pursuant to that settlement, the parties, by and through their undersigned counsel
