On December 16, 2016, Plaintiffs Etopia Evans, as the Representative of the Estate of

2 Charles Evans, et al. filed an Unopposed Motion to Extend Response Time to Defendants’ Motion to
3 Dismiss Amended Complaint. In their Motion, Plaintiffs request an additional seven (7) days to
4 respond to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint. Defendants consent to
5 the relief requested by Plaintiffs. After consideration of Plaintiffs’ written submission and all
6 pleadings in this matter, and for good cause shown, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion to
