Before the Court is the parties’ “Stipulation and [Proposed] Order Allowing Filing of
16
Administrative Record on Computer Disk or Drive” (hereinafter, “Stipulation”), filed April
17
14, 2016. On April 15, 2016, the Court approved the Stipulation to the extent it sought
18
permission to file the administrative record on computer disk or hard drive, deferred ruling
19
on the Stipulation to the extent it sought permission to provide the Court with chambers
20
copies of the administrative record in said electronic, rather than paper, format, and
21
directed the federal defendants to file a statement as to the number of pages comprising
22
the administrative record.

The Court having received that additional information, the Stipulation is hereby
24
APPROVED as to the format of the chambers copy of the administrative record, on
25
condition that a paper copy of any document cited in a party’s briefing be provided by that
26
party, absent an order from the Court allowing such party to provide an excerpted paper
27

copy in lieu thereof.1
IT IS SO ORDERED.

At the telephonic conference held today’s date, defendants offered to provide the
Court with paper copies of the Record of Decision and the Final Environmental Impact
Statement. Accordingly, additional paper copies of those documents need not be
submitted by any party.
