Defendant an additional thirty (30) days, or until November 21, 2016 to file her responsive brief.

Defendant requires additional time in order to explore the possibility of settlement with supervisory

attorneys and the Appeals Council.

Defendant respectfully requests that the Court extend the briefing schedule to allow
Plaintiff stipulates to Defendant’s request.
The parties further stipulate that the Court’s
Procedural Order for Social Security Actions (Dkt. 4) shall be modified accordingly.
