No. 19) (the “Order Granting Stipulation”); WHEREAS, the Order Granting Stipulation stated that if Compal files “any motion in response to the Complaint, the Parties will meet and confer on a briefing schedule”; WHEREAS, on August 5, 2016, Compal filed its Motion to Dismiss (the “Motion to Dismiss”) (Dkt. No. 29), which is scheduled to be heard at 2:00 p.m. on September 29, 2016; WHEREAS, the parties have met and conferred regarding a briefing schedule with respect to the Motion to Dismiss.
