PURSUANT TO STIPULATION IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Case
continued to October 20 at 11:00 am

Management Conference currently scheduled for July 21, 2016 is vacated and all deadlines

associated with the setting of the Case Management Conference, all ADR deadlines, and all
