ANDREA MONTI, et al., Defendants. 10 ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SUBMIT CHAMBERS COPY OF DOCUMENTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CIVIL LOCAL RULES AND THE COURT’S STANDING United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 On July 9, 2016, plaintiff electronically filed his “Combined Opposition to 13 Defendants Monti and Marriott's Motions to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint 14 Pursuant to FRCP 12(B)." Plaintiff has violated the Civil Local Rules of this District and 15 the Court’s Standing Orders, however, by failing "to provide for chambers a paper copy of 16 each document that is electronically filed . . . marked 'Chambers Copy'." See Civil L.R. 5- 17 1(e)(7); see also Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned to The Honorable Maxine M. 18 Chesney ¶ 2. 19 Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to comply with Civil Local Rule 5-1(e)(7) and the 20 Court's Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of the above- 21 referenced document. Plaintiff is hereby advised that if he fails in the future to comply 22 with the Court's Standing Orders to provide a chambers copy of each electronically filed 23 document, the Court may impose sanctions, including, but not limited to, striking from the 24 record any electronically filed document for which a chambers copy has not been timely 25 provided to the Court. 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
