Plaintiff Eduardo Guilarte has filed a combined opposition to the motions, 18 to which Monti and Marriott have separately replied. Having read and considered the papers filed in support of and in opposition to the 19 20 motions, the Court deems the matters appropriate for determination on the parties’ 21 respective written submissions, and hereby VACATES the hearing scheduled for July 29, 22 2016. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 25 26 27 28 Dated: July 27, 2016 MAXINE M.
