Bardman and Jennifer F. Wolf (“Defendants”); WHEREAS, on October 27, 2016, the Court entered an Order Granting In Part And 4 5 Denying In Part Defendants’ Motions To Dismiss (Dkt. No.34); WHEREAS, on November 28, 2016, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint (Dkt. No. 39), 6 7 (now titled “Amended Complaint”) (Dkt.
