On September 1, 2017, plaintiffs’ counsel were permitted to withdraw, and plaintiffs were

expressly cautioned that unless they appeared and participated in the action in pro se or through
18
new counsel by no later than the time of a further case management conference set for this date,
19
the action would be dismissed without further notice. Plaintiffs have not appeared in the action
20
subsequently and did not appear at the case management conference. Accordingly, this action is
21
dismissed and the Clerk shall close the file.
