(“Vedanti”) filed this action against Defendant 2 Max Sound Corporation (“Max Sound”) seeking injunctive relief preventing Max Sound from 3 pursuing claims in arbitration against Vedanti. 4 WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into a written settlement agreement, by which the 5 Parties have settled and disposed of all claims and counterclaims that have or could have been 6 asserted against each other relating to the subject matter of this action. 7 THEREFORE, PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANT HEREBY STIPULATE, by and through 8 their respective counsel of record, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41, to dismiss the 9 above-captioned matter with prejudice. This stipulation and dismissal completely terminates the 10 above-entitled action against all parties.
