Defendants. 14 15 On June 30, 2016, Plaintiffs Elliott Gillespie and Rockwood Spirits International 16 (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant Private Label Distillery, LLC and Fusion Glassworks, LLC 17 (collectively, “Defendants”) filed with this Court a stipulation to extend the time for Private 18 Label Distillery and Fusion Glassworks to answer the Complaint or to otherwise plead. 19 20 21 Having reviewed and considered the stipulation, the pleadings and files in this case, the Court rules as follows: The parties have shown good cause for the requested extension of time.
