Nos. 6, 17, 37, 53, 56). The materials sought to be sealed 20 include technical details of Qiagen’s GeneReader technology, internal financial information, 21 and proprietary industry research, which could cause competitive harm to Qiagen if publicly 22 disclosed. Good cause shown, the parties’ respective sealing motions are GRANTED. 23 24 This is without prejudice to whether the same materials may be sealed on a motion for summary judgment or at trial. 25 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 28 Dated: July 25, 2016.
