CITY OF RICHMOND, et al., ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SUBMIT CHAMBERS COPY IN COMPLIANCE WITH CIVIL LOCAL RULES AND COURT'S STANDING ORDERS Defendants. 11 United States District Court Northern District of California Case No. 16-cv-02873-MMC 12 13 On August 1, 2017, plaintiff electronically filed his “Motion to Set Side [sic] 14 Dismissal.” Plaintiff has violated the Civil Local Rules of this District and the Court's 15 Standing Orders, however, by failing “to provide for chambers a paper copy of each 16 document that is electronically filed . . . marked ‘Chambers Copy’.” See Civil L.R. 5- 17 1(e)(7); see also Standing Orders For Civil Cases Assigned to The Honorable Maxine M. 18 Chesney ¶ 2. 19 Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to comply with Civil Local Rule 5-1(e)(7) and the 20 Court's Standing Orders by immediately submitting a chambers copy of the above- 21 referenced document. Plaintiff is hereby advised that if he fails in the future to comply 22 with the Court's Standing Orders to provide a chambers copy of each electronically filed 23 document, the Court may impose sanctions, including, but not limited to, striking from the 24 record any electronically filed document for which a chambers copy has not been timely 25 provided to the Court. 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
