WHEREAS, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Conditional FLSA Collective Action Certification and

Issuance of Notice (“FLSA Certification Motion”) (Dkt. 45), is fully briefed, as of the filing of

Plaintiffs’ Reply on November 2, 2016;

WHEREAS, the FLSA Certification hearing and Case Management Conference (“CMC”)
are both currently scheduled for November 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.;

WHEREAS, counsel for Plaintiffs will be out of town on that date;

THEREFORE, the Parties hereby stipulate that the FLSA Certification hearing and CMC

will both be continued from November 30, 2016 to December 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. (or as soon
thereafter as the Court may hear the Parties).
