Recitals 7 I. 8 On April 26, 2016, Plaintiff filed a complaint in the above-entitled action in 9 the Superior Court for the State of California, County of Alameda ("Complaint"); 10 On May 31, 2016, Defendant removed the above-entitled action to the United I l I ,,I States District Court for the Northern District of California; 12 On July 5. 2016, this Court entered a Notice resetting the Case Management I 13 : Conference for August 25, 2016 at 1:30 PM (Dkt. # 23 ); 14 On July 20,2016, Defendant tiled a Motion to Transfer Venue in the above- IS entitled action, seeking a transfer of venue to the United States District Court for the 16 Northern District of Georgia (Dkt. # 26). Defendant's Motion to Transfer Venue is 17 · scheduled to be heard before this Court on August 25, 20 16; I8 There ha\ e been no prior continuances of the Case Management Conference 19: or other deadlines associated with this matter. II.
