IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff Michael Musa (“Plaintiff”) and

Defendant Continental Casualty Company (“Defendant”) (collectively “the Parties”), and their

respective attorneys of record, that the Parties have agreed to resolve this matter in its entirety.
4
The Parties have executed a Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) that completely resolves all of
5
the issues in the case.
6
Accordingly, the Parties agree that the entire action shall be dismissed with prejudice
7
pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1). Except as otherwise provided in the
8
Agreement, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
