Pursuant to Local Rule 7-12, Plaintiff Gina McLeod (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Bank of

America, N.A. (“Defendant”), hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, on June 12, 2018, this Court reset the further Case Management Conference
scheduled for June 21, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. to June 22, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. (Dkt. 52);

WHEREAS, counsel for Defendant has a preexisting hearing in another case that requires
him to be in San Diego on June 22, 2018;
WHEREAS, Defendant has conferred with Plaintiff’s counsel and determined that

counsel for both parties are available for a further Case Management Conference on June 28,
2018;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that the further

Case Management Conference currently set for June 22, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. be continued to June

28, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court’s schedule permits. Should the Court

continue the Case Management Conference to June 28, 2018, the parties request that Case
