By MONDAY, JULY 24 AT 9:00 A.M. PST, defendant Spotify USA Inc. shall provide

plaintiff Gregory Ingalls with copies of all sources it used to compile the information regarding
21
Ingalls’ Spotify Premium usage described in its July 19 declaration.

In order to resolve remaining issues in Ingalls’ discovery dispute, the Court SETS a
23
ninety-minute meet-and-confer to commence at 9:30 A.M. AND CONTINUING TO 11:00 A.M. ON
24
TUESDAY, JULY 25, in the Court’s jury room on the nineteenth floor of the San Francisco federal
25
courthouse. At 11:00 A.M., the Court will hear any outstanding discovery issue(s) in Courtroom
26
No. 8. Please buzz chambers to be let into the jury room. Defendant Spotify may respond to
27
Ingalls’ discovery letter by JULY 24 AT 5:00 P.M. PST.
