Plaintiff ALBERT DYTCH and Defendants FRIENDLY CAB COMPANY, INC. and

VETERANS CAB CORPORATION (hereinafter the “Parties”), by and through their

undersigned counsel, hereby enter into the following Stipulation:
WHEREAS, the Court scheduled the Case Management Conference for February 28,

2017 at 2:00 p.m.
WHEREAS, Harvey W. Stein, counsel for Defendant FRIENDLY CAB COMPANY is
23

undergoing neck and spine surgery on February 15, 2017 that is expected to impair his ability to
25
participate in the Case Management Conference for at least 30 days;
WHEREAS, the Parties consent to reschedule the Case Management Conference to a
26
27
date after March 17, 2017 that is convenient for the Court.

THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AND STIPULATE to the following:
