Before the Court is defendant Jessica Jacobson’s (“Jacobson”) motion, filed

September 15, 2016, to dismiss plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint. Plaintiffs have filed

opposition, to which Jacobson has replied. Having read and considered the papers filed

16

in support of and in opposition to the motion, the Court deems the matter appropriate for

17

determination on the parties’ respective written submissions, and hereby VACATES the

18

hearing scheduled for October 21, 2016.
