record, hereby stipulate, subject to the approval of the Court, to a 14-day extension of time for Plaintiff’s
counsel to file a response brief in support of her Motion for Summary Judgment, in light of the
following:

Plaintiff’s counsel has emailed Richard Rodriguez, Esq. defendant’s counsel. Mr.
Rodriguez has indicated that he will not object to the request for a 14 day extension of

Plaintiff’s counsel has had other cases with pressing deadlines and has not yet had

time for counsel to prepare her brief.

Should the request be granted, Plaintiff’s brief will be due on June 27, 2017.
