On October 31, 2016, the Court granted Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s

complaint, but allowed Plaintiff leave to amend no later than November 30, 2016. Order Granting
14
Motion to Dismiss (dkt. 29).1 That deadline has passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended
15
complaint. Accordingly, this action is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 2 The Clerk is
16
instructed to close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
