Plaintiff also sought to file similar materials under seal, 18 but untimely withdrew her motion. The materials sought to be sealed generally pertain to the 19 details of defendant’s partnership agreement, which defendant requires its partners to keep 20 confidential. The sealing motions are DENIED as to the text of the two versions of the arbitration 21 provision and any discussion thereof, which are central to the instant motion to compel 22 arbitration and for which no good cause warrants sealing. The motions are otherwise GRANTED. 23 This is without prejudice to whether the same materials could be filed under seal at a later 24 proceeding. 25 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 28 Dated: November 7, 2016.
