The last filing in this action was a December 13, 2016 request to extend the time to

complete the inspection, which was granted on December 14, 2016. (Dkt. 19.) The Order
15
provided the parties time through January 27, 2017 to complete the inspection. There has been no
16
subsequent activity on the docket. Plaintiff is asked to show cause in writing by April 21, 2017
17
why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.

This is the fourth case in which the undersigned issued an order to Plaintiff to show cause
19
for failure to prosecute or otherwise comply with General Order No. 56 in less than six months. 1
20
Therefore, Plaintiff’s counsel shall also provide an explanation as to why counsel should not be
21
sanctioned $250.00 for refusing to comply with General Order No. 56 and what action will be
22

undertaken to ensure that case deadlines are met in the future.
