Tigar 25 26 27 28 STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER LEAD CASE NO. 3:16-CV-05541-JST WHEREAS, the Court granted in part and denied in part the Individual Defendants’ 1 2 Motions to Dismiss the Consolidated Amended Verified Stockholder Derivative Complaint 3 (“Amended Complaint”) on October 4, 2017.
