EXPERIAN INFORMATION SOLUTIONS, INC., et al., Case No. 16-cv-05687-MMC ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SUBMIT CHAMBERS COPY IN COMPLIANCE WITH CIVIL LOCAL RULES AND COURT’S STANDING ORDERS Re: Dkt. No. 66 Defendants. 13 14 On July 7, 2017, plaintiff electronically filed his amended complaint. Plaintiff has 15 violated the Civil Local Rules of this District and the Court’s Standing Orders, however, 16 by failing “to provide for chambers a paper copy of each document that is electronically 17 filed . . . marked ‘Chambers Copy’.” See Civil L.R. 5-1(e)(7); see also Standing Orders 18 For Civil Cases Assigned to The Honorable Maxine M. Chesney ¶ 2. 19 The Court has previously advised plaintiff of his failure to comply with the Civil 20 Local Rules of this District and the Court’s Standing Orders in connection with earlier-filed 21 documents, (see Order, filed Nov. 1, 2016; Order, filed Dec. 8, 2016), and has warned 22 plaintiff that sanctions may be imposed, including, but not limited to, striking from the 23 record any further electronically filed document for which a chambers copy has not been 24 timely provided to the Court. The Court, once again, notes that such reminders appear to 25 have had little to no effect on compelling plaintiff’s compliance therewith. 26 Accordingly, plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to submit a chambers copy of his 27 amended complaint no later than July 24, 2017, and is hereby ADVISED that if no 28 chambers copy is submitted by that date, the amended complaint will be stricken from the 1 record. 2 3 IT IS SO ORDERED. 4 5 Dated: July 17, 2017 MAXINE M.
