Following a case management conference on January 19, the Court entered this case

management order for nine of the above-captioned cases. A tenth case, Schurig v. Experian,
21
No. 3:16-cv-05701-WHA, was reassigned to the undersigned judge on January 4 and not
22
included in the case management conference, but is also subject to this case management order:

1.
All hearings currently set in the above-captioned matters are VACATED.

2.
All defendants in the above-captioned matters shall submit a combined motion to
25
dismiss that addresses the single purportedly dispositive issue underlying each
26
individual action. The motion to dismiss shall be filed in each action by
27
FEBRUARY 9.

All plaintiffs in the above-captioned matters shall submit a combined opposition
2
to the aforementioned motion to dismiss. The opposition shall be filed in each

action by FEBRUARY 23.

All defendants in the above-captioned matters may submit a combined reply to

the aforementioned opposition. The reply shall be filed in each action by
6
MARCH 2.

A hearing on the combined motion to dismiss the above-captioned matters is set
