Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) and Civil L.R. 7-12, Plaintiff Spectra

2 Licensing Group, LLC (“Spectra”) and Defendant Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. (“MSI”)
3 (collectively, “the Parties”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree,
4 subject to the approval of the Court, to the dismissal with prejudice of the above-captioned action,
5 including all Claims and Counterclaims. Each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.

WHEREFORE, Spectra and MSI jointly request that the Court enter an order dismissing the

7 claims between them with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
