Plaintiff Rick Greenberg, proceeding pro se, brought this action against defendants

18

RiverSource Life Insurance Company, Ameriprise Financial, Medical Consultants Network,

19

and Howard Belfer, M.D. On February 17, an order granted a motion to dismiss as to

20

RiverSource and Ameriprise. That order noted, “No allegations have specifically been made

21

towards Medical Consultants Network and the current action against Dr. Belfer is barred by res

22

judicata.” Plaintiff had until March 29 to serve the latter defendants and to show cause in

23

writing why this action should not be dismissed as to them as well (Dkt. No. 36 at 6–7). As of

24

this order, plaintiff has not responded. Accordingly, this action against Medical Consultants

25

Network and Dr. Belfer is DISMISSED. Judgment will follow.
