ORDER by Judge Laurel Beeler granting 76 Motion to Dismiss; granting 78 Motion to Dismiss. The court grants the defendants' motions to dismiss. The TILA claims are dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim under Rule 12( b)(6). The claims against Michael Littman individually are dismissed with prejudice. The court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state-law claims under 28 U.S.C. § 1367; those claims are dismissed without prejudice.
