Before the Court is a Notice of Settlement, filed July 20, 2017, by which plaintiff

has advised the Court that she has “reached a settlement in principle” with defendant

15

Equifax, Inc., the only remaining defendant in the above-titled action, and intends to file a

16

dismissal within 45 days. (See Notice, filed July 20, 2017, at 1:22.)

17

In light thereof, the Case Management Conference in this case, scheduled for

18

August 11, 2017, is hereby VACATED, and, in the event a dismissal has not been filed by

19

September 5, 2017, the parties are directed to file, no later than that date, a report

20

apprising the Court of the status of the parties’ settlement.
