No. 29). The parties later stipulated to a 20 schedule for supplementing the record following jurisdictional discovery (Dkt. No. 34). 21 Plaintiff’s brief was due April 13, 2107, and defendants’ response was due April 27, 2017. 22 Now, two weeks after the deadline, plaintiff still has not supplemented the record. By 23 MONDAY MAY 1, 2017, AT NOON, plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE in writing why this case should 24 not be dismissed for lack of prosecution. 25 26 IT IS SO ORDERED. 27 28 Dated: April 27, 2017.
